The XFL has finally unveiled its mobile app for both iOS and Android devices, so let's take a closer look at some of its features by way of screenshots (iOS version).
When you initially open the app, you can select your favorite team on the following setup screen:
Once you've selected your favorite team, you'll be directed to your home screen:
From this home screen, you can access a wide variety of information:
- Team schedule, including real-time stats for each game
- Team news
- Team roster
- Purchase/Manage tickets
- Team merchandise
- Stadium information, policies, etc.
- Social media links
The News button provides, among other things, access to league news, videos, and access to the Football Advisory Network (FAN):
The Schedule button provides access to the entire league schedule:
The Tickets button allows you to purchase tickets for any XFL game:
An especially helpful feature is accessible by tapping the More button - the official XFL rules in detail:
So, as you can see, this app provides a wealth of information about the XFL - in particular, the BattleHawks - at your fingertips. This will be a GREAT gameday resource.
